Personalised & Custom Items: As our products are made-to-order and personalised, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged, or an error has been made by us.
Non-Personalised Items: May be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage.
Damaged/Faulty Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days.
Production & Deliveries
Standard Production Time: Orders are typically produced within 3–5 working days.
Fast Production Service: Urgent orders may be available within 24–48 hours, depending on the product and order size. A surcharge may apply.
Shipping: UK mainland delivery takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary.
Delays: We are not liable for courier delays, customs clearance, or factors beyond our control.
Customer Responsibility: Please ensure all delivery information is accurate. We cannot accept liability for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Payments
Gift Items & Personalised Gifts: Full payment is required upfront at the time of order.
Packages (Event Merchandise & Décor): A 50% deposit is required on all packages to confirm your booking/order.
The remaining 50% balance must be cleared no later than 10 days before the event date.
Orders or bookings cancelled once production has started are non-refundable.
